I want you to know that I believe in the power of Active Care. Actively expressing Care aligns me with forces that are greater than me. It ignites my soul. For me,Active Care is Art. 

I believe in The Forest,in Dancing,and nourishing bodies with supportive and delicious food. They are medicines. I feel their healing and draw from them to heal others. My power as a Woman comes from Creativity. In Creating, I honour my ancestors, my kids, women, and The Divine Feminine that moves through me.

I taught and directed a dedicated Yoga community for 14 years, co-owning and operating YogaPod in North Vancouver. I have a degree in Graphic Design from Sheridan college and 4 years of Shamanic training from The Institute of Shamanic Medicine. I’m a Mother, a Partner and an Artist.

STEPHEN

I want you to know that I believe in kindest above all. Kindness is strength. I came from, and am accountable to, forces larger than me- cosmic forces, the Earth, my Ancestors and Progeny. I practice YinYang principles, but Yin comes first. Always. My power as a Man comes from prioritizing The Divine Feminine first, in me and others.  Stillness before action. Always. I’m called to hold space, to fully witness another as they experience the totality of each moment. 

My nervous system has been shaped by 30 years of meditation, breath work, Qi Gong and internal and external martial arts. I have a philosophy degree from the University of Toronto, and a certification in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy from The Phoenix Rising Academy. I’m an Executive Coach, meditation teacher and Acting Coach, and have spent the last 20 years teaching and coaching Oscar, Grammy and Emmy Award winning artists. I’m a Father,a Partner and an Artist.
